LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE OF THE OLD NAVY BASE ON HIGHWAY THAT LEADS NORTH TOWARDS BARRIO BARRETTO.
Taken on 12 April 2012 in the morning. There is a small parking area just off the road. Walk down the steps, then up the steps to the lighthouse, you can see the entire bay from the lighthouse.
